Having found his calling very early in life, Sandy Singh has burned many a midnight oil (quite literally at times) over the past two decades to turn that early bit of good fortune into one of Pune’s finest hospitality legacies.

From his bars and pubs to restaurants and nightclubs, there is one aspect of the brand that every patron swears by, one that is synonymous with every Iceberg establishment: service. Add to that his trademark perfectionism and childlike exuberance which he infuses in everything he does, and there’s really no denying that Sandy truly is … the Singh of good times.

Nishant earned his bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Adelaide, Australia. While he was there, he also added a Culinary 1 Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu to his formal repertoire. Not to mention his formidable work experience that spans over a decade and includes some of the finest luxury hotels and restaurants across Australia and India.

But enough about his accomplishments. Let’s talk about Nishant the person. The first thing you notice about him is his inherent approachability. He’s easy to talk to, fun to be around, and a legit wine connoisseur. When it comes to hospitality, Nishant is a bona fide natural — he doesn’t just understand the business … he also understands its people.

If there really is such a thing as a corporate ladder, then Karan Nathani is one of those highly driven self-motivators who began climbing that ladder when he was only 15. A Mass Comm graduate from Indira School of Communication, Karan has already dabbled — and excelled — in more fields than people double his age ideally would.

From social media management, advertising, marketing, and content creation, to artist management, event management, DJing, and music production, Karan has carved a solid, well-rounded niche for himself in the hospitality industry. Among his many achievements, he was Cluster Head for Channel V’s India Fest, a pan-India inter-collegiate competition, Karan also served as Cluster Manager for LetsIntern in Pune, an online internship portal that attracted major brands like JBL, Vogue, and Dell.

An advertising major, Idris graduated in Mass Communication from one of India's most reputed educational institutions — Symbiosis Center for Media and Communication. His real education, though, began at home with his father, an F&B and hospitality veteran who taught him the ropes from a very young age.

Before Iceberg, Idris honed his creative craft with two key roles. These included Rickshaw Communique (Mumbai) where his clients were Mahindra, Phoenix Mills, and Viacom 18. The other was at Tonic Worldwide (Mumbai) where he interacted with the likes of PVR. One of the youngest marketing managers at Iceberg, Idris is that rare combination of creativity and affability — an extrovert with a gifted imagination.
